Detail Home Inspection
We are OPEN FOR BUSINESS during this covid-19 crisis.
Home inspection procedures have been modified to provide the safest possible experience for our customers, for home owners, and for realtors. The following protocols will continue until further notice:
The inspector will follow proper hand hygiene practices.
The inspector will wear a mask and sterile gloves at all times when inspecting the interior of the home.
All inspection equipment will be sanitized at the completion of each inspection.
At this time, customers are not encouraged to attend the inspection. However, we do recognize that attending the inspection is very important to many clients. Our protocols will allow ONE client to attend the indoor portion of the inspection. The client will be asked to wear a mask and follow proper hand hygiene procedures. If the client does NOT attend, we will communicate the results of each inspection both verbally and in a written report (that includes pertinent photographs). Communication before and after the inspection through text or phone call will be provided to answer all our customers' questions. The results will be discussed by phone subsequent to the inspection and the written report will be available within 24 hours of the inspection.
These protocols have been implemented to reduce the risk of covid-19 transmission for all parties involved. If you have any questions about these practices, please contact Detail Home Inspection at 519.890.3434
Stay safe everyone!
